Program name:Maid n' Dallas Notifications

Maid n' Dallas ("we," "us," or "our") sends text messages about appointment bookings, confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, service completion notices, billing and payment activity, customer support, and account-related information. These are transactional, account-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately opt in to promotional messages, and we will obtain the consent required by law before doing so.

You opt in to text messages by providing your mobile number and indicating consent through one of these mechanisms:

• Checking the SMS consent box during the online booking flow.
• Checking the SMS consent box in your account portal settings.
• Replying YES to an initial confirmation text we send when you provide your number.
• Asking Wendy by phone, text, or email to add you to text notifications.

Consent is never required to book or purchase services. You may book online or by phone without opting in to text messages. Only the person who owns or is the authorized user of the mobile number should provide it, and you agree to notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule, account activity, and any support interactions. You may receive up to a few messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, on-my-way, and completion). We do not send recurring promotional blasts.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Maid n' Dallas does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

You can opt out or get help at any time using the following commands:

• STOP - Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Maid n' Dallas text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also opt out by replying with any standard opt-out keyword.
• HELP - Reply HELP for assistance. We will respond with our contact information.

You can also call or text us directly at (214) 235-5106 or email wendy@maidndallas.com to manage your text preferences. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service or account. You will continue to receive appointment information by email.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

We send text messages consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We send texts only to customers who have provided prior express consent. Our appointment and account texts are transactional and are sent with your prior express consent. If we ever send promotional texts, we will first obtain separate prior express written consent for those messages and will honor opt-outs promptly.

We also follow the Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 302 (Texas telephone-solicitation rules, as amended by Senate Bill 140 effective September 1, 2025), which extends those rules to text messages. Consistent with the Texas quiet-hours rules for solicitation messages, we do not send non-transactional marketing texts before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. Central Time on Monday through Saturday, or before noon or after 9:00 p.m. on Sundays.

Your mobile number, SMS consent record, and text message content are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use a messaging provider only to deliver the texts you have agreed to receive.
