Accessibility Statement
Maid n' Dallas is committed to making our website and booking experience accessible to all customers, including people with disabilities.
Last updated
June 28, 2026.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility target. WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C); while WCAG 2.2 is the most recent version, Level AA of WCAG 2.1 remains the standard most commonly referenced by courts and regulators when applying Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to private business websites, so it is the benchmark we work toward.
We consider accessibility during our design and development process and on ongoing review. Areas of focus include heading structure, form labels, color contrast, keyboard navigation, focus management, skip navigation, and alternative text for images.
Current conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. As of the date above, we are aware of the following known limitations:
- Some interactive components in the booking flow may not fully support all screen reader navigation patterns.
- Certain decorative images may lack explicit alt text markup.
- Some third-party embedded widgets (maps and payment processor fields) are subject to their own providers' accessibility support.
- This statement does not constitute a full VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template). A more detailed audit may be requested.
We are committed to resolving known issues and to testing with real assistive technologies as resources allow. This statement will be updated as improvements are made.
Technical specifications

Alternate booking and service access
If any part of our website or booking flow is difficult to use due to a disability, we will provide full service through an alternate channel. Wendy can assist by phone, text, or email to:
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare a quote and complete a booking on your behalf.
- Update appointment details, add or remove add-ons, and manage scheduling.
- Provide policy information, receipts, and account information in an accessible format.
No customer will be denied service because of a website accessibility barrier. Alternate access is available at no additional charge.
ADA and legal context
Maid n' Dallas is a place of public accommodation subject to Title III of the ADA. The U.S. Department of Justice has not adopted a single technical web standard by regulation for private businesses under Title III, although in 2024 it adopted WCAG 2.1 Level AA for state and local governments under Title II. Federal courts commonly apply WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the benchmark for website accessibility under Title III, and we strive to meet that standard and to remove barriers promptly when identified.
How to report an accessibility issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, please let us know. It helps to include:
- The specific page or feature that caused the issue (a URL or description).
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- The browser, device, and assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
Send accessibility feedback to wendy@maidndallas.com, by phone or text at (214) 235-5106, or by mail at Maid n' Dallas, 2531 Lazydale Dr, Dallas, TX 75228. We will acknowledge your message within two business days and work in good faith to resolve the issue or provide an accessible alternative promptly.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. Information about your rights and how to file a complaint is available at ada.gov.
